I rushed around the Spot finishing the decorating. A tree in one corner, a menorah on the table, a crib by the window, a pentacle on the floor. Perfect. I hoped.
Right, so the food was all there. I smiled at the cheesy nibbles. Presents under the tree, check. Was everything ready? I hoped so.

I walked into the Spot, whistling Christmas carols. Maybe I was a little happy, but hey, it's Christmas. I actually enjoy this time of year.
"Whoa," I said as i looked around. "Someone gets into Christma a whole lot more than i do."

"Never had a proper one at home," I said apologetically. "Now, have I forgotten anything? Holly. And I have some mistletoe here somewhere. Oh, I invited Jack by the way." I hung up the decorative plants tastefully, or so I hoped.

I made my way into the Spot and gave a appreciative whistle of all the christmasness around
"Wow, it's looking awesome in here! My non-existant christmas spirit is slowly building up." I pulled up a trouser leg and showed off snowman knee-high socks. "See? I even got crappy holiday socks."
