"Get the fuck out of my way," she hissed to a demon who was about a foot taller than her, holding onto doc as he was slumped against her, still unconscious. "I have a special delivery for the man in charge which is not YOU."
The demon glared before backing down. Most of her was glad the demon had, she didn't want to let go of Doc. They weren't in a safe area to do that. Too many demons and too many of Raven's men around them.
"So unless any of you want to fight over a human get the hell out of my path," her eyes almost glowed with the threat, her voice almost a growl. Many of them had seen her fight and most of them wanted to save it for the ring which was fine with her. Not that after this she was going back into the ring.
Walking up to the room set high above the arena she stood in front of the guards. "I have a delivery for Raven and yes he'll want to accept it." She gave her best don't fuck with me grin. "Tell him this... 'Whats up Doc?'"

Raven was a was a paranoid man. Powerful. 'The Secret Ruler of the World' he called himself privately. Not exceptionally tall, but good looking. Well dressed in a suit and tie. Confident.
Cautious. Paranoid. But prone to bouts of excitement. Some of which ended in people dying.
So when word came of the current champion of his little cage fights had brought a man with her, unconcious, and a message.
'What's up Doc?'
Raven had instantly ordered her to be let through, once checked for weapons, of course. Couldn't be too careful.
But still... his Prodigal had returned. Now things could get started properly.

Once checked for weapons she brushed past the guards one of them holding the door open for her a small thing she was grateful for. Opening a door with dead weight that you're trying not to drop could prove a bit difficult.
Between the few people in the room she knew right away which one was Raven. The gleam in his eye was something she had seen all to often, mostly with her own vampyric self who enjoyed senseless pain at the expense of others. The only difference is that he did it on a large scale. That and more often then not she didn't let the blood go to waste.
She looked him in the eyes staring for a moment before looking away, showing that he was the dominate party, lull him in to the false ideal that her plan was to work under him, not kill him and enjoy every second of it. Even made sure to show the cross burn Doc left on her cheek, it had stopped burning but it stung.
Glancing between Doc and Raven she waited, not saying a word, wanting him to make the first move.

Raven was almost licking his lips. "Well, well, well, this is impressive. He's almost as paranoid as i am," he stepped forward, grasping her chin and moving it just to one side, examning the scar. "As you discovered, I see. Tell me, which weapon did you miss? It's obvious you some how isolated his other ones if he fell back on that."

"His cross, that one he had on him, sadly the only weapon on him. I was expecting a bit more trouble than that. Of course it was small, escaped my notice when I had checked him," she wanted to hiss at him but only remained calm not giving any sign that she didn't want him touching her.
"I'm lucky it was only a cross and not a vial of holy water or the damage would have been much worse. At least if this scars than it wont be unseemly, more ironic than anything else."

"That's all?" Raven asked clearly surprised. "How DID you manage to get him to drop his guard enough to only have one hidden weapon around you," he was also clearly dissappointed. He was sure he'd taught Jackson better than that.

"Took a while, did the whole good vampire act, offered him a place to stay, eventually he got his own place and I played his growing feelings against him. Wore one of his shirts as he came home. Thats why he dropped his guard."

"Oh, how very interesting," Raven said smoothly. "You know, i do believe a position as assassin just opened," the last one had failed miserably at getting rid of that damn Red Witch. He had no use for failures or weaklings. "But first, let's get our friend here snug in his cage, shall we?"

"That would be very... fun," she gave him a grin expressing her interest in becoming his little 'pet' assassin. All the better to kill you with my dear, she mentally chuckled. Doc was under the impression that she was confident but this guy was delusional about his power. The fact that he was eating everything up as she played the submissive act. Part of her was becoming paranoid that he was almost waiting for her to slip up. A huge part of the reason she kept her story truthful on how she was able to get Doc to drop his guard. She didn't want a slip up. Besides, it was the same story Doc knew so there wouldn't be any inconsistencies.
"Any where would you like him? If I may offer a suggestion, a pole would be best. He seems terrified of you, cuffing him to a pole doesn't allow him the freedom a cage offers. He can't back up into a corner. That and you can move behind him and he wont know where you are, great for playing mind games on him since he isn't like your little pets outside. Fancies himself an individual. You'll want to retrain him."
Not only that but she had broken people before, knew what it took. Mind games and power plays. Breaking through every barrier of emotion separating a person from the darkest corners of their own minds. You get through that and they become putty to be molded and sculpted.
"I must admit though, he is unique," she complimented him in his taste, digging the surface, hoping he might reveal part of why he wanted Doc so badly. Something important if he would send over a dozen men for just one person.

"Oh, you have no idea," Raven said, gesturing for two of his soldiers. Good men, solid, obediant. Grunts, for the most part.
Not like Doc.
"Take him downstairs, chain him up," he looked over a Rogue with an oily smile on his face. "Chain him to a pole. Somewhere I can get behind him," the two nodded, moving to take Doc from Rogue as Raven continued. "I let him keep his individuality for a reason. Stoke his hatred against the Council. I had my reasons, the boy is oh so important. He's been doing good work, too. Causing havoc the Council watched like the good little Watchers they are, while I stood in the background and laughed while i prepared. And once I've shown Jackson where he belongs is here, with me, he'll be my second, like I had planned."

"He's told me about the dealings with the council. Rather cute how he thinks he's all moral and he goes and torture a watcher. He thinks you two are so different from each other," she gave him a smile, hiding every intention she had for later behind it.
"You are a very interesting man," she complimented taking a testing step towards him, curious to see what he'd do. "Curious as to why you would choose to make him your second but I can see why. When he pulled his little cross out he had this spark." Her eyes danced at remembering it, actually, more like she gave that impression. "Now if only he'd shown that before. Things could have been more fun."

"Oh, you have no idea," Raven said with a sly smile. "HE has no idea. All of my contacts have been acting on my orders, feeding him those little tid bits of information as i saw fit, leading him in a puppet show," he chuckled. "Admittedly, he got much farther than I thought, it impresses me. But it only proves I'm making hte right decision as I molded him into my second and the perfect weapon to finish this war once it's properly taken off."

"War huh?" Letting a mad smile pass over her lips she walked a few paces over to the large window that over looked the arena. "Now that sounds like fun. Having lived over three hundred years not much interests me any more. Seems like you've got plenty of interest to offer..."
Turning back towards him she grinned. "I think entering into a business arrangement with you could have it's advantages." Referring to the assassin position.
"Oh, and would it be too much to ask for a show?" She gave an interested smirk. "I'd love to watch you with him. If I may be so bold to ask."

"My dear, I do believe i might have a ring side seat especially for you," Raven said. "Seeing you just might make my job all that much easier. In fact, you might just be the key point."

"Oh?" she asked, tilting her head giving him a innocent look. "How do you figure?"
