"Funny your hands earlier weren't intending to kill me in any fashion," she chuckled before watching in silence, pacing a bit. She didn't want to stay in one place, besides if she was going to slip the lock pick to him she'd need to get behind him.

Doc growled before turning his attention back to Raven, baulking a bit when the older man raised his fist again. "Behave," Rave ordered harshly. "You've been too independant too long. You've searched, you haven't found her," Doc managed to hide his shock. Rogue hadn't told him? why not? What was she up to? "It's time to stop pretending like you have something to hold onto out there, some sembalence of you old life and come home. To me."
"Sorry, Raven, I don't feel like playing Pinocchio to your Gepetto," Doc said evenly.

Her grin widened, good... he wasn't showing any shock at that. Raising her chin she paced around the room once, testing to see if Raven would say anything which she doubted, Raven was so focused on Doc, his toy for the moment. Though the necromancer kept his eyes focused on her, not blinking for the most part. Hopefully he'd keep his eyes focused on her once Doc was free. Easier to get him out of the way so she could get to Raven.

"Boy, you have no choice," Raven sneered. "You think i let you go eith no intention of collecting you? you are key, this world will be mine and you will help me. After all, it's not like you have anything else, do you?"
"If I can deny you something, it's a good day," Doc responded, noticing Rogue moving. What was she up to this time?

"Why don't you remind him about your power, what you've done to those who failed to do your bidding. Let him fear you a bit. Might make him less talkative." In case she failed to kill Raven she needed the tape to get some information. So far he had admitted to murdering one man and possibly kidnapping, though that was mostly her. She circled the room again, close enough to touch Doc but she didn't, her hands flowing with her as she moved.

"Oh, i think he remembers," Raven told her. "Like Erin. Remember her, Jackson?"
"Shut up..." Doc whispered. He remembered.
"I sent her out to that brothel to get some information," Raven continued. "When she broke her cover, I let some of the old boys show her how it was done. Poor girl was weak, killed herself not long after," Doc was shaking in rage as Raven listed more and more. "I only wish..." Raven said at the end in a low voice. "I could find your precious sister and show you what i do to people that cause me pain," Doc's nostril's flared as he strained against the cuffs.
"BASTARD!" He snarled.

That should be enough she hoped. That and the other information she's collected and handed to Matt should be enough to get any accounts of his frozen and put him out of business for good.
Grinning she watched Raven from behind Doc, pacing behind him exclusively now, moving just outside of his vision.

"Oh hit a nerve?" Raven asked. "Don't tell me you actually found her," Doc remained silent. "Why would you be here unless... She's in the city," again, Doc tried to keep his face emotionaless. He WOULD protect his sister.
Even if it meant dying/

Now she had to act, couldn't let him know she was alive.
Now behind doc she grinned, running her hands slowly down his arms, looking Raven in the eyes. "Now, now. You should have come back to Raven when you found out she died in transport. Suffered an injury that would have been healable had they known how to take care of it." Her face was was next to his ear as she pressed a small object against his palm, the lock pick which she had hidden.
"Only proper once Raven was so nice enough to let you go find her. His plan even lets you get your long awaited revenge on the same council who got her killed, I would listen to him if I were you." She traced a finger across his chest, still looking at Raven she smiled. "Wouldn't you agree?"

Okay, what the hell? Just who's side was this crazy bitch on, anyway?
"Oh, absolutely, my dear," Raven said as Doc began to work on the cuffs. "In fact, I'm sorely disappointed in you, Jackson. How could you keep that from me? After everything I've done for you?"
"Well, what can i say?" Doc said, working the lock on the first cuff. "Things change. I've changed. I'm not the same boy you knew. In fact," he said, carefully holding the first loop in his hand so as not to make too much noise as it came unlatched. "There's a lot you don't know about me now, and that's where you made your mistake."
"Mistake?" Raven asked. "What mistake. I have you trapped here!"
"Therein lies your mistake," he said. He really needed to right the BBC a nice 'thank you' card for this. "Because there's one thing you never do if you're smart, if you value you're continued existence, if you want to see tomorrow, there's one thing you never, ever put in a trap."
*click*
"Me," his left hand swung out, grabbing the gun of one guard and dragging him into his elbow as he tossed hte cuffs at the necromancer with a mana charged arm, catching him forhead and rendering him instantly uncious as the second guard approached him, meeting Doc's foot in his gut. "Ya see?"

Rogue chuckled from behind Doc, "You certainly seem to enjoy talking to much as well." Walking towards Raven confidently she grinned. "Now Raven, we don't seem to have any one between us. That pesky necromancer was a pesky wall that now seems to be taken care of." The same grin she wore before still on her face as she approached Raven. "You have plenty of crimes to atone for and I think hell has a rather nice view. Warm enough to melt your cold heart perhaps?"

"You... you..." Raven couldn't believe it. Of all the things to happen, this was unexpected. "Well, well, well, this was unexpected. "However you seem to have neglected one thing. There's nothing behind me either. This is a set back," without another word he fled to his getaway vehicle. He could erase the hard drives remotely from his cell, there's was nothing here that wasn't replaceable. He would flee now...
And get his revenge later.

As she closed in on him a few guys passed him, running towards her. The first few were easy to take now. A crack echoed down the hall way as she broke the neck of the first guy, before elbowing the neck in the nose, breaking it, his yelp adding to the commotion but before she could continue down the hall she could hear several foot steps, more than she could fight hand to hand and of course she had no weapons on her.
"Shit!" she screeched, pissed that he had slipped out of her grasp and turned back around to the room Doc was still in and shut the door. "Well, not going out that way."
"Couldn't you have given me time to get between him and the door!" she snapped at him annoyed, more at the fact he had gotten away than Doc's hurry to get out of the situation she had put him in.

Doc levelled a stage five 'I'm so pissed at you' glare at her. "You have no right to speak to me like that right now," hissed, grabbing the sub machine gun off the floor where he'd dropped it. "Open the door. And move out of the way. I'm not in much of a state of mind to differentiate between you and people I want to shoot."

She pulled the gun from his hand before grabbing him by the shirt. "No, that'll give you a chance to damage this..." she yanked the wire tap out from under his clothes. They didn't even bother checking him for weapons or anything, leaving the wire tap untouched from where she placed it. "My back up plan. Making him the most wanted man in the United States and possibly several other countries."
Before he could get himself out of her grasp she began to work the spell to pull her and him to the nearby building where she had her bag waiting for her.
A sinking feeling grew in her stomach before the pull of the spell worked, the door slamming open, only for the small crowd to find no one in the room.
The warehouse was unoccupied and the items she placed for the spell and her bag were untouched. Letting him go she moved away from him.
"Would he believed an act?"
