"I don't usually walk into these places, Mai," I said. "They normally don't have anything of interest. these volumes, however," I put teh books I had been looking at on the table. "Are extremely rare. I'm surprised you could find any of them. Besides, I've met you for lunch."

I tapped the side of my nose,
"Secret." I said with a grin, "And D... those aren't even close to the best."
"What?" He said, gaping at me.
"Some of the books i've managed to get my hands on- no way i hell i'd leave them out here for the public."
"Wha-what kind of books?" He asked excitedly, Jessy starring open mouthed at me. My grin broadened,
"Oh a few codex's, compendiums of magic... that kinda thing." I said off handly.

I grinned, "But hes a computer, and therefore incapable of magic. Believe me Jess- these arent the sorta books you wanna mess with. Even i rarely take them out... pretty much only when its desperate. They're ... the big guns, i guess."
