The first two were gone within seconds but the third was not so easy. Extending the baton I struck him across the face before elbowing a fourth in the nose, the momentum causing me to step forward, my hip touching a counter top. The only problem about fighting in houses was furnature and this place had plenty.
Someone grabbed me by the hair but that just made it easier for me to turn and sock them in the stomach and with them bent over in both pain and surprise I ran a stake through his heart, turning on the next closet vamp, pulling out the vial of holy water I smashed the vial into the face, the vial of water breaking and cascading down his face, earning me a scream. Grinning I round house kicked another vamp before smacking the holy water burned vampire to the ground with the solid baton.
Yes, this was fun.

Being at the back of the pack made sneaking easy. they tended to focus more on the main threat and didn't expect a sneak attack.
The two at the back learned that wquickly with stakes in the heart. He grinned as they vanished into dust and those closest realised things were a little more complicated than they thought. "Hi guys!" he said, throwing a swift right hookto one, then elbowing his partner.

Another tried to grab me but I grabbed her hands and pushed her back, watching her trip over the fallen vampire who was howling in pain from the vial of holy water but not givign much thought to that vampire I turned to the next, who blocked my attempt to stake him but my stake landed in his arm instead, earning a growl. He punched me back but I wiped my lip before staking the fallen vampire coated in holy water. However the vampire I had pushed back earlier tackled me and with my unsure footing fell to the ground. So not in the food for a cat fight with a vampire.
Not sure how I managed it but I got my foot pressed against her lower stomach and pushed, sending her off me and onto the counter across the kitchen. However one of the other vampires managed to grab a knife from the block on the kitchen counter. Where stabbing with a knife was concerned it wasn't going to kill me, however, it was certainly long enough to decapitate should the vampire get close enough.

He grined at the two stunned vamps, driving a foot int ot he gut of one, knockig him back aways so it was slightly more one-on-one. Not that thqat would be for long...
Or maybe it would, he thought as the vamnp grabbed for his stakes, only for hte cross carved into the wood to burn his hand. "You're dumb," Doc commented, driving a fist into the vamps already damaged nose. "That or I'm the only hunter that's thought of carving crosses into their weapons," hte vampire blinked, shaking his head clear.
"Dude, that's... actually really smart."
"Thanks," Doc said before driving a stake into the creatures heart. And then there was one.

I dodged a swing from the larger vampire with the blade , but keeping the female vampire in my sights. When the larger vampire didn't swing the other tried to sneak to get behind me but I kept looking between the two, waiting for the strike I knew was coming from one of them. The bigger one struck first but I grabbed him by the wrist. Obviously he didn't realise I wasn't just a vampire since confusion filled his face as I squeezed, crushing his wrists with a satisfying crunch of bone grinding againt bone. Smiling I went to move to the other vampire before reaching into my coat to grab another stake I turned and staked the female vampire, her body turning to dust quickly before something smashed against my head. Growling I turned to the large vampire who had head butted me. Guess he wanted to die. My face shifting I hissed before staking him.
I turned in enough time to see a vampire fly out from the stairs at Doc, probably assuming since he was human he'd be easier to pass.

"Whoa!" Doc dived forward, dodging, barely, the incoming vampire and crash tackling the one in front of him. In desperation, trying to stop him from escaping, he threw on of his stakes, nailing the vamp in the shoulder, the crosses burning the flesh as he turned back to his current opponent with a sharp levft jab. "Wanna get that, Rogue? Just don't touch the stake. Crosses and all," he said, dropping anothr right across the vamipres jaw.

Rolling my eyes, which probably looked weird being that they were yellow from changing to my vampire face, I stalked towards the vampire who was trying to remove the stake while trying to sneak out the front door, failing both miserably. With a menacing grin I ran the stake through his heart before turning to Doc. "Need any more help with your last vampire?" Though I only counted eleven vampires including the one Doc was facing I was trying to see if I could sense any more since I didn't sense we were out of danger just yet.

"No,." he said, driving his stake into the vamp, nodding satisfied as it dudted. "I've got it," he got to his feet, bruching himself off and looking around. "Anymore?"

"I don't think so," I said, letting my game face slide away, although apparently I spoke to soon. A hand grabbed me by the throat and slammed me against the nearest wall, hard enough to make even me see stars. Blinking to clear my vision I found myself staring in surprise at someone I thought I wasn't going to see in a very long time.
Deep down I could feel my darker self wanting to break through but I closed my fist. digging the nails into the palm of my skin, making me focus on remaining in control.

Doc moved as fast as he could, stake touching the back of the new comer lightly. "Back it up nice and ewasy or we see if you can fit in a dust buster," he threatened. "Now!"

"As amusing as that would be," the new female vampire smiled, a smile that would almost be considered warm under much different circumstances. "I don't think you'll be doing anything."
"Doc, don't." She had a good grip against my throat but not tight enough to cut off my ability to breathe, certainly enough for me to want out of her grip. "She's like me." Never mind the fact that I had turned her. Well not me me. The other me.
Right now I had more concern for Doc doing something stupid than the fact that I was pinned to the wall. Of course I always seemed to have that instinct when I was around him.
It was then she decided to cut off my ability to breathe but I turned my focus on remaining in control rather than letting my other self take over. I wasn't going to give in easily.

Like her...?
Ah... crap...
"Great, like I didn't have enough tro9uble with one of you," he muttered, backing off slowly. "So, any chance this is just some kind of family feud that's going to be resolved without me getting turned into a punching bag, or should I just make a pre-emptive call for an ambulance?"

"I think making that call would be a smart idea, but I don't think that you'll live long enough," she grinned looking at Doc.
Well that made control easier. Kicking out I landed a kick at her knee cap, with enough force to get her to let go of my throat.
"Sam, what are you doing here?" Giving her a cold look while she only grinned at me.
"See, and I thought you might have missed me," she chuckled, eyes calculating something. "But it's the other you now isn't it? Pity. Thought you'd enjoy recreating how we met. Well... as close as can be."
Guess I knew why I kept thinking of that. When neck trama related deaths start stacking up that meant a nest, and the quickest way to making sure the current slayer isn't called there is to take it out yourself. Much to my surprise I happen to be attacking a nest when the current slayer had decided to do the same. I didn't turn her that night though.

Shit, shit, crap damn. So this is what Rogue would be like if she DIDN'T have some semblance in control. "So i take it you two aren't close then?" Running would be a good idea, but doc didn't think he'd get too far.

"I dunno, been much closer than you have," she grinned.
"Sam, would you just go to where ever you were."
"No, I think you've been in control for quite long enough..."
"Thats not changing just because you're here."
"I dunno, I'm sure I could find some way to convince you otherwise." She made no attempt at veiling the threat at all by looking at Doc pointedly.
A growl rumbled through my throat.
