Sad how she felt more at home with the dead rather then the living. The living lied, played games, and messed with your head. The dead just lay sleeping. Part of her envied them. Their ability to spend their times in silence and not worrying about things.
She hated worrying about things that were beyond her control.
A weary grin flashed along her face. Maybe she could wait here and let the sun release her. She could then sleep.
Like she hadn't thought that before. She couldn't let herself burn like she couldn't drive a stake through her own heart and when faced death she fought long and hard.
With stake in hand she pushed away from the gravestone she sat against and moved on her way looking for something to kill.

"You know, this is beginning to become a habit," Doc said, leaning idly against a near by mausoleum. "People are going to start to wonder about us we keep meeting like this," he took note of her weary expression. "You know, you're going to get yourself kiled if you keep pushing like this."

"Noted," she replied with a shrug, "And what would anyone think would be going on?" she replied cocking her hip at him and raising an eyebrow. "And I'm sure people wouldn't think anything of such a nature."

"well, we always seem to be together, aone, in dark places," he said sarcasticaly. "No, no ones going to suspect a thing," he shot her a grin before looking at the sky. "so, what are you doing working yourself to exhaustion."

"Hardly to exhaustion," she replied rolling her eyes. "You're clearly delusional. I'm just fine." Okay, her pride took a blow at the thought that she looked anything less then fighting fit. "You know we could give some stock to those 'rumors' you seem to worry about being spread."

"And ruin the fun I'm having planting the rumours in the first place?" he said in mock hooror. "Surely you jest," he smiled at her in amusement.

"I was bored," he said with a shrug. "Tired of the joker yet?" The question seemed innocent, yet held a deeper meaning, for him at least. "Wanna see the real me again?"

She was probably going to regret this but her curiosity was peaked. "Sure."

His face became a cold mask, his eye empty as he stared at her, his stance guarded. "I do understand I am rather annoying," he said dully. "But are you really sure you want this?"

"Want what?" she replied confused. "I'm not truly sure what I want how can you be so sure?"

"This," he said. "Me. This side you can't control," he grinned at her ferally. "It can't be slowed. A machine, a soldier. What Raven made me. 18 years of training. A weapon. You really prefer this to a clown?"

"Oh," she replied. "Yes I do. I can't relate to some one who jokes around all the time. Like you can be that bad. I've sure I'm worse." She continued walking.
