"Of course it's bad," she said absent mindedly. "My friend, the unruly one. There's someone in there who wants him for an unknown purpose and I want to know why."

"So you're doing recon for your friend or are you just going to charge in based on information garnered from outside?" He asked curiously. "Because vampire or not, I don't think it's smart to go in there completely unprepared."

"Hence why I am here and not there," she replied eyeing the place. "I haven't decided. It's hard to know what to do if I don't know what they know. They haven't bothered our apartment so I do not think they know where we live, but if they do than they likely know what I am. In the last ambush we killed all the men so there were no survivers."

"All that means is they know you'e willing to kill," he said. "Unless they had video devices, then they don't know your limits or abilities. However, if he knows your friend is in the area, then he's been watching you. He will have information you don't. All you need is a wild card," he turned the page in his book, not looking up fro it once. "Something they won't suspect you have."

"And what? Are you meaning you?" Right cause thats a good idea. "And repeating what I already know does not show your intelligence."

"Like I said, I'm not a fighter," he said. "And okay, how about this? I've been tracing an organisation with links to the supposed owner of that building for my emplowers. they always get what they want. Your friends best bet is to leave town," he put the book away, draining the last of his coffee. "God that was terrible," he muttered getting up.

She chuckled. "If you say so, but I hunt in this territory and since he is a friend, I do not plan on allowing that to happen." She watched him get up before continuing to watch the building.

"Well then," he said over his shoulder quietly. "I would sugest finding a way in," and he left before she could say anythig else, thinking on her story. Interesting. It might be wise to alert the council about this...

She rolled her eyes not even bothering to look back at the gentleman, it was already on her to do list. Surveying seemed like a better start up plan. Maybe she should kidnap one of his men and break em? The idea was appealing and appalling at the same time. Cold minded torture seemed a bit too harsh for teh moment.

Doc put his coffee down as he watched her from the corner out of sight, swearing profusely. When Mal had told him about the info she'd asked for, he'd been afraid of a full force attack on the building. She was thinking at least.
Didn't mean she wouldn't go in.
Gonna have to keep and eye on her. And try and keep her out of trouble.
