"I don't wish to die, but if it'd help him recover than yes I could. It would only be fair. I shouldn't need to put him through it but I'm sure in the long run taking a real part in his downfall would help him get over this whole mess."
Rogue picked up the glass of blood she'd left sitting on the bar, drinking it, grimacing when she realized it was cold.
"I shouldn't exist anyways." she grinned dispite herself about that comment.

"'Existence is only measured by worth, not who or what you are'," Matthew said sagely. "Technically, in the eys of 'regular' humans, none here should exist. Hellmouths, demons, all of htat should be labeled under myth and legends. You do exist, whther you should or not. Throwing that away on a gambe is hardly the right thing to do."

"And I am not worried about it much. He's strong. I have faith in him as funny as it sounds."

"You'll have them," Matthew said, draining his drink and standing up. "But the question is, do you really want to use them?" he walked away before getting an answer. this was a dangerous game she was playing. and Matt was concerned on where it would leave.
