Gabriel Adam's hadn't been wondering the city very long he'd just gotten off the train, only had two types of luggage well three but one was a back pack, the others messenger bag's that hung from each shoulder. He was pretty boggled down with his luggage but he was hoping to find a place to stay or least hide his luggage so he didn't have to carry it with him, as he walked down the damp street's he kicked a rock with the edge of his black converse sneakers running his finger's through his rain soaked hair. '' Hope I find shelter soon although I love rain.'' Gabe thought to himself as he continued to walk in the rain finding it very calming considering he'd just gotten off a train, was barely able to control himself when it came to the smell of mortal blood surrounding him.

Adel held her coat close to her, her book bag close to protect her book of shadows. She had needed to collect a few herbs for a spell she wanted to try but they had to be collected during rainfall and here it was, rain fall and in her bag was the herbs she had collected only a few minutes ago. The people last few people out on the streets this late in the rain were in a rush to gt home, most of them holding newspapers over their heads while she left her hood down to enjoy the feeling of rain falling down upon her. Her jacket offering little protection against the rain but offered more than enough from the wind. Her apartment wasn't far.

Upon spotting a young man who looked about her age with a fair amount of luggage she strode up to him curiously.
"Hey! You need any help with that?" Without waiting for a response she continued. "You look new to to LA."

'' That I am.'' Gabriel said as he looked at the young women she smelled mortal but her blood wasn't very tempting which meant she had to be a witch, he shrugged if she wanted to help him by all means but he needed some place to stay. He didn't realize his accent was all that thick least not to him it wasn't, he didn't normally speak to strangers but she looked like she knew some place he could crash for the night atleast.

"So where are you from?" she asked curiously taking one of his bags. "Oh, and are you looking for any place specific, like a friend's or something?"
Definatly not from around here. The rain seemed to become even heavier for a moment before returning to it's gentle pouning. "What a day to come into town." It didn't rain all to often in LA but when it rained it poured.

'' Sydney to be exact, No more or less looking for some place to take Shelter.'' Gabriel said as he watched her take his other bag he didn't have any objections, he didn't mind the rain he found it very soothing. She seemed to be very talkative which was an OK thing he just wasn't used to a lot of conversation she he hadn't really been around all that many people his age when he was growing up.

"Well it depends on how much money you have, there are plenty of motels nearby that are fairly cheap for a night. If you don't have any money the homeless shelters around here are alright, they offer a cot to sleep on which is better than sleeping out inthe rain. I volunteer a lot at shelters." The last bit was mostly to explain why she knew so much about the shelters, volunteer work was required in the program she was in at her university.
"I'm Adel by the way, whats your name?"

'' Gabriel, I don't have very much money besides there's one small problem.'' Gabriel said as he rubbed the back of his neck uneasily looking down at the wet streets he knew a homeless shelter would be a great place to get some sleep but at the same time he also knew he had very little tolerance for being around mortals he was surprised he didn't attack the young girl right there, drain her of every ounce of blood that ran through her veins. It must have been the fact that her mortal scent was blocked by the witchy stench that emanated from her as well, for some strange reason he was able to control his thirst at this point all he wanted to do was find shelter then get something to eat he'd crash in an abandon warehouse if he had to.

"Ah," she said, remaining silent for a moment, contemplating for a moment. He seemed to be very uneasy bout homeless sheltrs.
"Are you afraid of getting robbed or something in there?" While she believed people were good at heart she wasn't blind to the fact that there were bad apples mixed in with the bunch.
"Why did you come here if you know no one and have very little money?" Most peopl planned better tham this...

'' No I'm not afraid of getting robbed unless you consider me robbing them of their lives.'' Gabriel said as he turned around his face screwed up he had to show her cause obviously she hadn't picked up on why, as far as money went he had a little more then enough he just didn't wanna sound like a rich boy so he lied about having money he could afford a room at any hotel he wanted minus the mortal factor.

"Oh...." she said watching him cautiously, but he hadn't killed her ealier, part of her reminded. A vampire could kill swiftly, she knew that.
"If you're a vamp why didn't you kill me?" So sue her, she had never met a vampire and from the stories she read they were supposed to be souless killing machines and besides the fact he was slightly pale he looked almost normal.

'' Because I wasn't hungry, I'm still not. Besides I didn't even know you were around until you spoke to me the wiccan part of your blood cloaks your scent.'' Gabriel said as he ran his fingers through his hair he was clearly soulless but he'd fed on a mother, child after he got off the train so he was full for now until the next night when he would have to feed no doubt but until then he would be a good vampire.
