I have no idea on what to do for a halloween plot.
Any ideas?

Most of the chars are too old and... well... busy to go trick-or-treating... but others could use it as a cover to do other stuff... perhaps...
What do you mean, exactly? With a Halloween plot? Anything specific?

Well, if you watched Buffy or Angel you would know that there are halloween plots.
EX: On halloween all the people wearing costumes from this one store became their costume.
Or it could even just be a fun event that takes place on halloween.

Well... I dunno what to really come up with... guessing it'd be separate from the actual storyline? Or will it be a continuation with the storyline?

I know it's a bit late for Halloween type fun, but you could have like a NPC demon/witch/general bad guy who is a bit of a fail, so he/she actually misses Halloween and has to pick up the slack after all is said and done? Maybe he/she waits for an opportunity - like everyone being in The Spot - and does something then. Body swap? Or spiking the drinks to make everyone hallucinate and then sending an army of demon creeps in to attack them so all anyone sees is like 6ft killer bunnies/clowns/pokemon, etc.
