"Is it just me, or have their been way too few vampires out tonight?" I asked as Rogue and I walked through the streets of LA. Truthfully, it really was very quiet. I didn't like quiet, especially since I was still a year behind. Waiting for the other shoe to drop, i guess.

Fate has a way of pissing me off. Nothing more proved this when the group walked towards us. all bad attitude and fangs. All bar one, who only looked half there. Wait a sec...
