Hi! I'm Simon... I'm an ordinary human with extraordinary powers (always wanted to say that!)
I have short, brown hair and black eyes (All black, no veins, no pupils... all black)... same as Twaley... my little sister.
We both have the same power (it's not really a gift... more like a burden... especially for Twaley) which is basically change the form of energy to another.
That's the simple way of puting it. I can manipulate other objects and create my own black version. I can also turn another object (such as a door) and turn it black (basically... it's under my control). After doing that... I can move it around, throw it... stand on it so I can fly. Whatever.
There are a few downsides though... and I think the bads outweigh the goods greatly.
The first bad is that once I've created and object, or taken control of one... the only way to stop controlling it is to destroy it. It simply disappears. There is no other way to get my power off it.
Another downside is the screechings. Both me and Twaney both hear screeches that no one else can, if we use our powers too much (And sometimes Twaney hears them for no reason)... basically, it's because we are changing the energy from one form to another... and the screeches are the feedback.
The third and probably worst downside is how hard it is to control this power. Twaney can't yet... that's why she hears the screeches more than me. Our power is very hard to control... I killed my parents, and everyone I loved because I simply couldn't control these damned powers! I took control of them (accidently) then, they vanished... gone, just like that... never to be seen again.
My powers don't affect Twaney though... and her powers don't affect me.
But I have to keep her calm... she can't control her powers as well as I can now. Usually our powers are fed from our emotions... if we get angry, or sad, or even excited... we could do serious damage. Twaney more than me.
So... I've been running, with Twaney, so not to get anyone hurt... and now I'v arrived here... in L.A... where hopefully we can finally live normally.
