I do not have minimums on any of this because different people have different skills in writing. If you make a poor application with only a sentence for the history and personality then I wont accept it. If you have a very short one thats well written then I'll accept it or if it's poor and I can tell you are trying (and it's longer) then I'll more then likely accept it.
