I reached the graveyard, and perched myself ontop of a gravestone, twiddling a stake between my hands.
"Here vampy vampy vampires." I called out into the night.

Right. Fabulous Ate you have done it again. I quickly glanced around it was a nice enough crypt but unless by some miracle it happened to be in Athens I was in pretty big trouble. Nuts, the inscription was in English no luck then. I sighed deeply and walked out into the cool night air.

I perked up suddenly, looking around me. I sensed something on the night breeze... something not entirely human. With perfect control, i stepped out of my crouched position on the grave, and crept further into the cemetary. I narrowed my eyes, I could feel this wasn't a vamp... it was like nothing i'd felt before... should be interesting...

I could sense some other presence causing the slightest of ripples in the air with their stealthy movement, a slayer,a witch maybe. definately a force for good. But there was also a vamp somewhere. It took about oh ten seconds of being exposed before a figure lunged out of the shaddows hurtling towards me at an incredible velocity. with one smooth motion of my hand i turned him to dust however unfortunatly I was not quick enough to prevent the shower of vamp ash from engulfing me. Nuts, nuts, nuts stupid shiny glowy white robes.

My brow furrowed as i turned a corner to see a very dusty figure coughing and spluttering. I c*cked my head to one side, smiling wryly, right... i thought to myself. I leant against a nearby tomb, crossed my arms, adn waited for the figure to notice me.
(C*cked my head is asterisked because even tho it is totally un-rude in this context, it'd come out as 'thingied' if i didn't!!)

I flicked vamp out of my eye, coughed and spluttered most of it out of my throat and inspected the damage to the previously beautiful shining white dress. As my eyes began to clear I became aware of a figure leaning against a nearby tomb. Well there goes my intimidating I'm so cool, super power entrance. oh well.
"ugh. Evil tastes really bad and is absolute murder to get out in the wash, somehow evil residue always wants to hang on just that little bit longer. And you are?"

I cleared her dust problem with a wave of my hand, though i got the feeling she could have done it if she tried. Then i straightened up, and walked slowly towards her,
"Maya." I replied, "An' you?"

You see the whole saving people from themselves, restoring everything to its natural order, all good, what I can't seem to do is get to the right place to start with. You don't happen to have any relatives in Athens who have recently passed away do you?"

"not as easy as it looks. I'm coming from a whole nother plane so teeny little miscalculation and I end up in a crypt in some graveyard lord knows where when I'm meant to be seeing some champion in Athens about whole load of people who don't believe that they are dead and are kicking up quite a fuss. Where am I anyway?"
I raised an eyebrow and more dust sprinkled down into my eye. with a flick of my hand I cleared the mess once and for all.

maya flipped the stake swiftly backwards dusting the vamp in one beautifully smooth motion without so much as glancing back.

I grinned at her, as her eyebrows rose slightly in appreciation.
"So... how do you get back to where you need to be?" I asked, "Not that there arent plenty of bad guys to play with here in oh-so-lovely Los Angeles"
