"Why do you want to know anyway?" Dad asked.
"He's got something that I need, but he has abandoned his shop." I replied.
"Ok, he bought a new one, but in town, I doubt you'd want to go there, now seriously, I'm warning you not to go into town, you arn't as welcome there as you are here!" He cautioned.
"Well, I'll have to make myself welcome, ay?" I Exclaimed, then I heard a knock on the front door, "this would be my que to leave!"
I escaped out the back door, "thanks dad!"
I headed to the town nearby, 'it'll be easy to recognise the shop, he's always got that same ornament sitting outside, it's a wonder no-one has stolen it yet.' I thought, 'should-a brought someone though!" I felt a bit lonely.
When I reached the town, I was happy to see that barely any demons had decided to take a stroll today. Something was desturbing them, some sort of presence. I didn't care, as long as I could get in, and out without being disturbed.
I headed to the shop, and inside. Gerr-hog was inside, he was absent-mindedly staring out the window.
"hey!" I said, "HEY!"
Nothing.
I clicked in front of his face. He woke up with a start.
"Wha-who-oh. It's you!" He remarked, not too enthusiasticly.
"yes, I'm back!" I said, much more enthusiasticly then he.
"What do you want?" He asked.
"Oh, I've come in to see if you've got any Nethercore disrupters, you got any?" I asked
"Sh*t, another one? What happened to the batch I gave you last time?" He asked me.
"Half of them were faulty, you ripped me off you little b*stard!" I replied angrily, then cheered up, "I need a new batch, and seeing as I already paid for 'em..."
I moved out my hand, and motioned for him to hand some over.
"Give me one good reason why I should!" He demanded.
"Cause you'r a little, insignificant sh*t, and no-one cares if I blow your head off right now! That's why!"
"I doubt that!" he replied suspiciously.
Without warning, behind me, something came out of nowhere and knocked me over the head, rendering me unconcious.

I followed the so-called 'godess' up the stairs of the tower when I senced something strange.
Aredhel gave me a wierd look, "what's wrong?"
"Something has gone wrong! We must find Cervil!" I replied.
I quickly turned to Ate, "We must go, take the rest out of here, we'll find our own way out!"
I quickly grabbed Aredhel (seeing as she was also invincible, and nothing could really happen to us in the Netherworld) and ran out of the city, and in the direction that Cervil had headed previously, leaving Ate to rescue Doc and Rachelle.

I walked up to where Aredhel and Zeroc had been previously, and instead found someone else. Who was not a demon, witch or vampire.
"Hi." I said cheerfully. "Where did Del and Zeroc go?"

"I'm Ate." Ate said cheerfully, looking the half demon girl over. "We havent met. I'm a goddess. Maya and Jessy sent me to save you guys but the boney guy and the elven vampire ran off to find some other guy i dont know. Who are you?" All this in one breath, without so much as a pause between sentences.
"I'm Rachelle." Rachelle replied, with raised eyebrows.
"Hi. Where are Nicki and Doc?"

I stopped in my tracks, what was I doing?
"um.. you do know I can teleport us straight out of here don't you? we can pick the others up on the way"

"Wicked." I said, unable to hold my amazement. She grinned proudly. "Oh." I bowed-well, it was more of a kind of curtsey slash dip slash stumbling over thing. I wasn't terribly graceful, i must say, and Ate just looked amused. "Teleport us away Nightcrawler."

I kept pace with Zeroc, trying desperately to pick up on a piece or Cervil's mind that I could lock onto. Unfortunately, things were a bit different in the Netherworld, and I wasn't used to using my brain the way it demanded. Coupled with the fact that I'd only just met the man, Cervil was difficult to find. It took me a while, but I eventually caught something. Grabbing Zeroc's arm, I turned him in a full ninety degrees.
"This way," I ordered, not slowing my pace. "He's unconscious."

"Well lookie who's here?" I said as Ate and Rachelle appeared. "What brings you here, Ate?"
"Maya and Jessy sent me," Ate said.
"And you got here first go?" I said with a grin.

"where are the others?" Nicki asked.
"They went to resue some other guy," The goofy attitude I had been using til this point melted away.
"Where and why?" I asked.

We ran into some demon town, which was deserted. Aredhel seemed to be trying to find him using some sort of telepathy, but it didn't seem to be working, mabye some sort of demon was blocking the signal making it harder to lock on.
"Looks like we are going to be manually searching, am I not right?" I asked

I ran in the direction Zeroc and Del had run, eyeing my Saber carefully. Aside from my friends, it detected only one other human soul in the entire Nether Realm and it was just to the left of our two undead companions. I just hoped that Chi masking Spell worked the way it was supposed. I was really out of practice.
I also wondered if teh others had let Ate take them home. Knowing Nicki? Probably not.

I woke up, I had obviously been moved to another location, one that, strangely, I had never seen before.
I got up, the red sky was swirling in a circle, there were diamond rocks everywhere, with diamond swords sticking out of them. I felt for my weapons, gone.
I looked around and saw no-one, but I heard something: a constant beat, kind of like a heartbeat, but louder, and much slower. The floor was also red, and strangely cooler then the rest of the Netherworld.
'Where am I?' I thought.
"HELLO!!" I yelled out.
Out of the corner walked in a huge, orange, muscular demon.
"ahhh, you've awoken!" He said, "Welcome to the Netherworld Core!"
'Netherworld Core? The place I have been searching for for such a long time? How could it be? I've been searching for 25 years! and now, without even trying, I've found it, now I feel ashamed!' I thought, watching as the demon came closer.
For now, I had to worry about somehow getting rid of him, but without any weapons, and unlike the others, no powers, I was unconvinced that I was going to be able to.

As soon as D took off I ran after him, looking behind me at Rachelle and Ate and waving my hand
'I'll go home later guys, just make sure Mai and Jessy don't worry about you'
I continued to run until I finally caught up with Doc and I quickly took on his pace as he looked at me and raised an eyebrow
'Didn't think you'd go back'
'Not when there are fights to fight and people to save!'
