I led everyone up to a tower and inside, up the stairs and into a room. Inside the room was a fridge containing food and water.
"This would be the safest place in the entire Netherworld, stay here..." I said, walking out of the room.
"And where are you going?" Rachelle asked.
"I need to find a way to open up a portal from inside the Netherworld... and I know just how to find it." I said.
I walked down the tower and out of the city.

I pointed to where the portal had been. "There was a portal there that Cervil couldn't close. So Zeroc closed it with dark magic. Unfortunatly he shut the portal with everyone inside the Netherworld. So they are all stuck in there which is why I asked Ate to come. Got that?"

"No your Joshywoshy is completely safe and probably tucked up in bed with his teddy bear and dreaming of you."

I sat outside the tower, partly keeping watch for when Cervil returned and partly studying the Tarik-ha hovering above the city. I had a real urge to just magic my way up to them and see what was really up with them, but I knew that such a course of action could result in pain. Lots and lots of pain. So, thanking my elvish heritage for my patience, I stayed where I was.
I hadn't been to the Netherworld in a very, very long time. I had been to numerous other dimensions since then, but never actually the Netherworld. I stopped comeing here around the same time they stopped worshipping me. Sometimes I wished I hadn't stopped feeding, but then I remember that I feel bad about that. Angelus' brooding has nothing on me.
So I sat there quietly, just watching.
((pointless I know... but I wanted to post something))

"Ah, a holiday," I said, stretching out on a peice of floor.
"Holiday?" Rachelle asked.
"What else do you call sitting in a place where demons refuse to come?"

I was growing impatient of waiting in an abandoned city for Cervil's return, but managed to keep myself from wandering off. I joined Aredhel outside the tower, she was observing the Tarik-ha above...
"I am growing impatient of waiting, Cervil better not take long!" I said, then sat beside her.

I headed to a small demon town and to the shop of my demon 'friend'. I knew he had a way to open a portal from inside the Netherworld, back to the inside.
When I got to the shop, there was no-one there!
'Packed up and left again! He's done that so many times, I'm starting to get sick of it!' I thought, 'Mabye dad will know!'
I headed off to my parent's house, a little bit out of town.
When I got there, I went through the sid gate, "Mum! Dad! You there?" I yelled out.
"What are you doing here?" Asked mum, heading out of the house. (my demon mother, by the way, she's a lightning demon)
"It's nice to see you too!" I replied, "you know where dad is?" (he's also a lightning demon.)
"He's inside, but you can't stay for long, we've got guests!" She said, "You know what it'll do to our reputation!"
"I wouldn't do anything to hurt you, or your reputation! You should know that!" I replied.
"That's why we still enjoy having you around son..." She said, "You dad's inside"
"Thanks"
I walked in and saw dad sitting at the table eating.
"Hey dad, how are you?" I asked as I walked in.
"Yier-Vill, what are you doing here, you haven't visited in ages!" He replied.
"Well, I like to know that I'm missed." I said, "I need to talk, do you know where Gerr-hog has set off to?"

"Relax," I told him, leaning back against the tower behind me. "Enjoy your invincibility. Honestly, have you no patience at all?"

((note i have permission to write Ate.))
I frowned at Jessy, "Dont call him that." I said. "So- Ate, you reckon you can get that lot outta there?" "Easy peasy." She said offhandly. "Back in a sec!" I winced as she disappeared, and looked to Jessy, "Chances of her getting the right world?"
---- The netherworld...
Ate appeared in the middle of the cloud of Tarik-ha. "Oh." She commented, and shrugged, "Right world at least." She murmured. the creatures were gaping at her, and down below, Aredhel was frowning, "WHat the hell is that?" She wondered. "Hi." Ate said, grinning at the TArik-ha. "I'm Ate." "Ate?" The murmur ran through the great gathering of demons. "Ate, Ate." They began to chant, bowing down to her. SHe tipped her head to one side, "OH, right! These are one of those species that worship me!" SHe siad, grinning, "Cool." She took a little bow, and descended to the ground, where Aredhel had taken a fighting stance, and Zerok was ready to launch himself at her. "Who the hell are you?" Del asked "Ate." Ate replied, "Hi. ANyone else around? Im meant to rescue you." "Rescue...?" "Yup. Wheres Doc and Nicki?"

"There upstairs..." I told her.
"Who sent you?" I asked in intrest, just in case that this was a trap.

((lol can't go long without a rescue mission... you keep doing your thing cervil))
I dropped my arms to my sides, fighter's stance forgotten. She might not have been one of the gods I personally worshiped, but she was a godess nonetheless and demanded proper respect. I bowed low, showing reverence. I straightened in time to hear Zeroc asked who sent her.
"Zeroc is overly cautious," I said, shooting him a look. "Though I am curious as to who alerted you of our plight..."
First rule of dealing with Gods: be eloquent and polite.

"Ooh, yey." Ate said excitedly, "There is someone on this planet who knows how to talk to a goddess." She grinned even wider, and Aredhel raised an eyebrow. "Jessy and Maya sent me." She replied to the question, "But i dont know you guys- guess you must be new. Nice to meet you." She walked up the steps, the others following, "Guys!" She called out, "Anyone feel like getting outta here?"
----
On the other side of the now close portal, Maya and Jessy sat side by side, leaning against a wall. "Ho hum." Jessy said again.
