you can, i did!
i made a sigh of relief. they hadn't seen me. i still wasn't ready to be stated as officially evil just yet. then my blood went cold. karen! she would tell them! i quickly ran from the hidout, taking note of the area and ran to my apartment.

"Nothing so trivial, petite," I said, looking at the now bare wires that had once been connected to her kettle. "Now, we're going to play a little game. Answer right, dis'll be as painless as possible. Answer wrong..." I touched the wires together. Electricity arced between the copper.
"You're bluffing," Karen said confidently. I gave her a cold smile.
"Somet'in' you need to remember, mon brave," I said darkly. "I don' bluff."

"Neither do I. See this?" I brought out a silvery orb simmilar to the one that had contained Kyra's spirit. I floated the ball to the far side of the room. "This contains Pepper's memory and at a word I can draw her spirit into it as well. Then if it drops-" I let the ball fall before re floating it- "bye bye Pepper."

I opened my eyes slowly. I was in a room....it looked a bit like the room I had been in earlier.
"P..please don't hurt me" I whimpered pulling myself away from the people. "Don't hurt her" I said nervosly as I saw Karen. "She's my friend."
