"Yes I do. You can give me the slowest, most painful death ever. You can torture me until you die. You can make the darkest demon seem a fluffy kitten. Buyt you cannot hurt me beyond physical pain. You aren't strong enough. You never will be."

(((Pschological torture.)))
"We'll see," I said, slipping a small jewel out of my pocket. I'd picked it up at a jewllers, it was no ordinary gem, so I twas for safety sake. "Do you know what dis does? No? Let's find out," I reached out, gently holding the still floating orb and, before she could remove it, placed the gem on her forhead and focused the most horrifing memory I had, finding Jasmine bloodeagled in the dojo.
Karen's eyes went wide as she was bombarded with emotional feed back, her body sagging in relief when i removed it. As I had guessed, she had lost her concentration, and the orb now rested safely in my hand. "You were saying, petite?"

(((Dammit Doc. This charrie isn't easy to write)))
I gave a last shudder and my eyes rolled. Steadiying myself I whispered quieter than a human ear can hear (that means you Doc). "Returneth the memory to whom it belongs." The orb glowed. I looked up. "Want to know what spirit's in there? Or more importantly whose?"

"Why don' you tell me, petite," I said carefully. This bitch does nothing without a reason.

"Because I like guessing games." I smiled then concentrated. The orb exploded. There had been no spirit in there but Doc didn't know that. Maybe he'd kill me. Hopefully.

"Dat was a mistake, petite," I growled dangerously. I reached into my jacket again, puling out a pouch I carried around. Within were various chemicals I'd discovered were good for first aid. However, even the most harmless of these good torture devices, if you knew how. "Now, how 'bout you spill what you know?"
"Or?" She asked. I smiled, taking out one bottle and filling the syringe that was also inside.
"You're a smart girl," I said, making sure there were no air bubbles within the syringe. "I'm sure you'll figure it out."

Torture. Doc really was slipping. The longer I stayed around, the closer Francois came to the surface. So why didn't they kill me already? Idiots.
