I looked over to see a young person come into the Spot.
'Suspicious...' I thought, 'why would someone so young wander into a club alone?'
Jessy seemed to know the person, I looked over to her in suspicion, she noticed.

I chuckled, and turned my attention to the newcomer. or at least pretended to. I couldn't shake the shock i'd got when we read that boomerang... if it had been literal, then... well... one of our lives before all this would have been a lie. I closed my eyes breifly, trying to push away the thought- it was just figurative. i told myself- now- kid in bar- whats with that?

"And you were going to tell us about her when?" Mai raised an eyebrow.
"Well I never thought I'd see her again after I left home."
"Hmm ok. So why are you here Pepper? Looking for salt?" Pepper frowned and I couldn't help laughing. I stopped as she glared at me and quickly ordered two OJs.

"I'm stuck here", I replied coldly. "I was sent to deliver a message to Jessy but the portal spell didn't work properly. Now the entrance to my world is closed. No-one can get in or out of it".
