"Just saying," Matt said. "Stay out of sydney if you do have to kill him. Anyway, tot he point," he turned off his phone. "If you can befriend this guy, do it. The council can't dictate his movements, he's a loose cannon. For the most part, we don't even know how he gets around or where he stays, where his funds come from, anything."
