The wind seemed to calm my mind more than anything had yet too. But than again, it always did. Nature always had a way of winning me over. It was a part of me and it soothed my soul. Like nothing had ever done before. Maybe I well finally forget those horrible memories.

I watched her from the shadows (easy for me nowadays) not really wanting to disturb her.

I glanced around before misting up a tome and sat on it, my sword drawn. A small fight also did the same, but it wasn't, fighting got boring, which is why I knew I wouldn't miss it at all.

I stepped out of the shadows quietly, knowing it would draw her attention. I should leave. Let her think or whatever she was doing. But i couldn't. I was like a sailor hearing the song of the sirens, unable to turn away.

I misted over to another tome, crouching over the edge. I could feel a young one moving. Trying to struggle through the earth to break free. To be born again. The true sense of barrying the dead was not to put them in a grave, away for time, but to allow for rebirth, and the product of this rebirth would be... vampires and other members of the undead.

I stopped as she crouched near a grave. So, hunting then. I didn't understand why she hunted alone like this.

I could feel it crawl through the earth like it was a womb. The poor thing being born into a world it no longer belonged too. In every sense, my fate should have been like this poor creature, but I, unlike this thing, am bathed in light, even if I'm made of darkness.
I felt myself smilr at the thought.
I've given my life, several times, to cause worthy of my life. I live for my children. The ones I care about, and the ones who depend on me. Trust me.

My head raises. One of them, crawling from the shadows. Heading for...
I clamp my mouth shut to keep my postion secret. Why was it heading for her. It didn't matter, I thought as I drew my ebon blade. Destroy it before she realises it.

My sword was directed at the grave below me. The little vampire was coming close to the surface. Soon it would know the life of a vampire. To live, and to die, but in the end, you're dead. But not me. I can't seem to die a true death for too long. No matter. In the end, it helps me. I can raise my children.
The ground began to twitch as the vampire came to the surface.

I skipped through shadows before reaching my target, the shadow bulged, teh demon withing trying to get out. I gripped my sword, spreading my legs slightly. No exit for you, chum. Not this time.

The moment the vampire's head popped out of the ground was when it flew across the ground, body turning into ash. My turned sharply, looking around, trying to sense for anything else.

My sword struck as it erupted from the shadow, implaing it. "You will not throw your darkness across the land this day," I hissed as it disintergrated. Satisfied it wouldn't happen again, I sheathed my sword.
