We pulled out a lot slower than I normally would. I even kept the speed limit. Although (maybe I'm just mad) it felt like the car didn't want to go this speed. It wanted to go faster. But I kept it in check. All the way to the restaurant.
I'm so proud.

"Hey, who was it that tried to keep my little cousin alive after her father abandoned her, huh? You took on Watchers and Social Services, and then freed her from Long Dows amulet."
"Well, I had help on that one..." I began.
"I told you, anytime you need anything, you let me know," Gary continued. "It's only fitting you get the best room in my restaurant, huh?"
"Alright, you win," I laughed as he led us to teh VIP lounge.

We followed Gary to the back room. Red walls with a dark maroon carpet. The table and chairs were a rich maple. The walls were adorned with landscape paintings, giving it a very rich feel."
