"WHAT!" Audra shreiked.
"How else do you expect Doc to come to us?" I asked calmly. "And his possible back up."
"Back up?" Audra nodded likeing the idea now.

Annoyed as i was that Doc had left without me, i had mentally followed the whole situation, ready to port it the second it was necessary. I had followed Jessy's location until they'd finally stopped, then hurried over with mental shields on maximum to stop the bad guys sensing me. Now the question was- do i wait for Doc, or have a bit of fun of my own?
I shrugged, grinned, and pulled out my soul sword, but didnt extend the blade so i could conseal it. Then i kicked the door down, wards and all.
"Hey guys, is this thing invite only or can anyone crash?"

There was a roar as the wall next to Audra exploded and the Slayerettes walked in. I smiled, an Ithica 'Shorty' shot gun in one hand and an AK-47 in the other.
