I knelt beside Joshua, resting his head in my lap. Touching his cheek, i gave him a little strength, though if i hadn't been in such a heightened magickal state as i had been in teh last few hours i would have had none to give- i was, for lack of a better word- knackered.
"Hey, Josh?" I said quietly, "Wake up."
I could leave the yelling at him about taking Tpots chance for revenge later.

I was one of the only ones who didn't rush to the time wizards aid I simply stayed where I was.
"He'll be fine" I said. I then noticed something not too promising rising from where Long Dow had been killed.

I turnmed silently as Zeroc readied to attck.
"Back off, boney," I growled, walking over to the wisp which quickly took a familiar shape. A tear, one I tried to keep hidden, rolled down my face.
"Hey, sis," I whispered. The ghostly form smiled at me. "Yeah, yeah, yuck it up, girly. Just remember, your the one that owes my friend over there." My Sisters soul smile, then returned to her wispy form and floated upward, into what ever rest she deservred. "Your free now. Rest in Peace."

I looked at Doc, knowing no words could express what I felt. Happiness yet sadness. We shared th silence, knowing that it was all we could say.

I sighed deeply, then turned.
"Well, since that's taken care of," I said. "I'm outta here."
"Where to?" Jessy asked. I smiled.
"I am going to get roaring drunk. Anyone care to join me?"

"Well i dont have those things, so i'm with ya, Doc." I said with a grin, though i knew he could see the sorrow and sympathy in my eyes. Joshua was coming around, so i helped him stand.

"I'll meet you guys in the Spot," I said. "Try and keep up," I ran off before the silent tears that had been threatening overtook me. Did not want to cry in front of potential enemy (Zeroc).

Rory, who'd been standing, kinda stunned, jerked back into the present world and replied,
"Yeah, I guess."
We took off into the night.

"Josh, you ok?" I asked. He nodded,
"Fine."
"Ok, then, you mind if i meet you there- take your time, ok?"
"Erm... ok..." He said vaguely, frowning. In very literally the blink of an eye, i disappeared, reappearing just ahead of Doc, a little way away.
"Sh*t!" Doc exclaimed as i popped up. He quickly wiped at his tears, but i said,
"Dont, Doc. I followed cos i wanted to see if you were ok... its better to get it out, it doesnt make you less man."
He snorted a laugh, and i smiled sympathetically. "You know, you've been like a brother to me, the last few months... if you need anything... you know i'm here for you, right?"

I headed out into the graveyard, perfectly aware that the two shape-shifters were following me.
'Now it's MY turn for fun time!' I thought.
Jessy started getting picked up by, well, nothing. Screaming as she floated up. I kept walking, looking as innocent as possible. When she was about 5 metres in the air, she dropped, right on top of Rory. None of them had any idea what had just happened, but they knew that somehow, I was involved.
'This is going to be fun!' I thought, more cheerfully then I have felt in a LONG time...

"That skeleton is so dead," I said as I picked my self up.
"Well technically he-" Rory began.
"Don't think of finishing that sentence," I warned my voice sounding dangerous. "Let's see if we can catch up with Mai. She could teach Boney a lesson any day." We set off towards the Spot.
