I took a deep breath, and my eyes turned the shade of gold that happened every time I connected with Ricki, but I didn't notice. It was weird, I had never actually tried borrowing a sense from Ricki. I could almost feel the worms crawling beneath my feet. "Behind us... I think there's one... he's watching us."
