My curiosity got the better of me. "Oculus," I muttered, holding the amulet Doc had given me. Then I was seeing what he was seeing through his eyes.

Something was...wrong. I was forgetting something.
I ooked over at Jasmine, who seemed determined to nibble my ear off...
...Her ribs were spread, revealing her organs...
"No," I whispered. "you're dead," she vanished, and the scene wvered just a fraction as i turned to Charlotte.
"What we had is long over," I whispered. "There's nothing like that between us anymore," she too vanished. I looked at Kayley. "Not yet, Kayles. Maybe one day, but..." she too vanished.
Finaly, there was only Rogue.
"No," I said. "This isn't real either. You're the one I came to save. And I will Rogue. I promise you, I will. but I need to move on," Rogue vanished with a smile on her face and the scene returned to her crypt. "What a rush," I whispered with a goofy grin.

"Sorry, didn't have enough time, but I'll give you this, since I'm about to go away because the puzzle is over. Say 'Whimsa' to make most of the traps disappear. Well the dangerous ones at least," Rogue replied. "Anyways I knew you'd remember."

"Alright," I said as we moved on. "We've done three puzzles featuring the worst of humanity; dispair, fear and lust. Think there'll be more like that?"
"Such traps are usually used to guard something of great power," Illyria said. "She seems to have a high opinion of herself," i had to chuckle. Interesting theory.

"Or something of great importance," echoed Rogue's voice. "You know all the artifacts I keep in here? Most would find them to dangerous to keep around."
Glad that Doc had yet to take her counter part's advice, activated a trap. A loud roar could be heard from the hallway.

A large black cat walked out, red glowing eyes peering at them, black smoke bellowed from it's paws and grey air came out of it's mouth as it breathed. It let out an unearthly growl.
