Rogue and I followed through the portal, reappearing in pretty much the same spot we'd entered the portal in the first place.
"Graveyard," I said jokingly. "We spend way to much time in these things," squeezed Nicki's shoulder gently. "Welcome home, Nicki-Nack."

I looked around at the graveyard, as if every headstone would infuse me with memories I was lacking. Nothing came and I couldn't help feeling a little disappointed.

"Well, that's up to you," I said. "We can hit the Spot, the Dojo or we can head to you're apartment. Unless you're landlord kicked you out while you were missing. If that's the case, I have an apartment building. And," I added, looking at her hair. "If you want, we can get you some hair die," she looked at me strangely. "You used to have you're hair died purple."

"Yeah," I said. "Of course, I think they had to remodel every week or so after the battles followed us there. And then there was some incident with a tree I think I missed."
