"Hmmm... wind elemental hey?" I thought for a second.
"Can I have the stone please?" Jessy repeated.
"You want the stone? Many do... why would you want this stone for?" I held the box, still closed.
Leaness, Hellion and Scope looked at the box pleadingly... they knew what was inside.
Arnardo didn't care... Arnardo's mind was something even I couldn't explain, apart from humans and dolphins (excluding shape-shifters) Arnardo was the only other animal able to resist it's temptation.

"Trust me... I think it's safer in my hands." I opened the box.
Jessy, Scope, Hellion and Leaness were completely mezmorised by it.
I waved my hand over the stone and it disappeared.
"I think it's much safer with me." I said as she came back to her sences.

"But I DID ask." She said.
"No... you suggested... there's a difference." I replied.
I handed her the box.
"There are more... that, is just a tiny fragment." I told her.

I took the box, handing it immediately to Doc. "Keep it as far way from me as possible until I can throw off whatever this is."

"I am expecting that you know that she is a shapeshifter." I started.
"Yes?" Doc jumped in.
"I have powers over animals... she can turn into animals." I said.
"I know that!" Doc told me.
"Your the one that wanted small words..." I continued, "well... because she is part, or mostly, human, I don't have many powers over her... most animals, see... I can control, but I choose not to. She, I cannot. But I can read her mind, just like any other animal. My powers don't apply to humans, dolphins and Arnardo."
"What about that stone?" Doc asked.
"I was getting to that..." I replied, "the stone, is a fragment of my power, made into a physical form. There is no such stone that you can dig up, it's my power. I make it. I destroy it, it belongs to me."
"But what if someone else takes it from you?" Doc asked.
"Not to worry..." I reassured, "If it is separated from me for too long, it simply disappears. Returns to me. Instantly, unless I will it to stay."
"And this one?" Doc asked.
"Full of questions..." I said, "I'll let you keep it until Jessy can control her mind when in contact with the stone. But only until then. I don't want to cause a fuss here, so, until she can control her mind, it's her's."

"Yu use this against her," I said darkly. "I don't care how many animals you have protecting you. You hurt my daughter...I will kill you."
