"Don't need it," X said casually as she waved a hand, and suddenly, in less time than it takes to blink your eyes, all of the boxes and supplies that Doc got from the Dojo armory was packed, neatly and with far more stuff than they all thought physically possible into the black Transam truck.
"I'm enough of a weapon as it is," X finished her statement to Doc. Then, with another casual wave, she teleported away, and Maya's armor was once again what she considered "decent".
Everybody just stared at each other for several more minutes after the departure of the powerful entity, but finally, Doc snapped them all out of it and lead the way to the car, which surprised him most of all by being able to comfortably sit all of them, and with hardly any sign of the luggage they now carried.
"Cool. I think I'll like this chick," Doc remarked with a sudden American-style accent.

<The Training Center, duh> Maya heard in her mind in the same voice she had heard X speak with. Everyone jerked in surprise, indicating they too had heard the telepathic message.
Maya was slightly impressed, but she didn't let it show.

"Huh. ok then. Lets go." I grinned, "Wonder how josh is doing looking after all our refugees?"
Nicki smiled at the thought too, but looked a little awkward about something else.
[Jess and Tuck?] I asked. she forced a smile, but nodded softly. I smiled back.
"Come on Doc! Get this party movin'."

'Yep joyous party, with lovely weapons and... Maiiii I don't wanna go back and see them!' I whined 'There'll be another arguement and stupid things will be said and it's much like a drunken night out. Regrets'

"You'll survive." I promised her, "An' hopefully it wont end with me dragging you home to bed to puke it all up." SHe frowned, and i shrugged, "Hey, you were the one who compared it to a drunken night out." Nicki stuck out her tongue sullenly, and i patted her on the back.

I raised one eyebrow with an unamused expression, and Doc grinned innocently.
"Mai." Nicki said, "You're gonna have to stop getting pissed whenever we mention you an' Joshy, cos you ARE like, together."
"Doesnt mean you have to rub it in." I murmured sulkily.
Nicki chuckled,
"You're hopeless." She said. I nodded,
"And proud of it." I replied.
