"Yup. just thrilling." I snapped. "I'm gonna go search for weapons."
"Have you ever been here before?" Doc asked. I looked at him sharply, and crossed my arms again.
"No." I said sulkily.

My giggles started to get worse and I bit down on my sleeve, motioning to Maya that I'd go with her on the search for weapons. I turned to Doc to ask him where the weapons were when out of the corner of my eye I noticed Joshua gazing at Maya and I burst out laughing again. Stupid giggles.

I rolled my eyes, and glared at Nicki as she continued to laugh. The look was clear enough- shut it or im going on my own. I did my best to completely ignore Joshua. Stupid Joshua. I thought childishly.

I took a few deep breaths and closed my eyes, trying to picture something completely not funny. My sister had taught me once that if you didn't laugh and unfunny things then you were cured so I mentally thought of an engine and failed to laugh.
Turning to Maya I grinned
'Cured! Right so.. Weapons?'

I jogged after Maya as we walked along the corridor and tried to think of something to say
'So...' I grinned 'Joshua a good kisser then?'
I ducked as a fist flew over my head and chuckled as I stood up straight again
'If you mention it one more time, your wolfy butt will be target practice for my foot'
'Okay taken into account. Now where are we going first?'

"I mean, it was totally out of nowhere," I said, missing Nickis question, "We hate each other, we were bloody arguing for gods sake, and he just..." I noticed her grinning, "And not mentioning it." I said quickly, "Weapons... where did Doc say the weapons were?"

'Down it is' I moved to the stairs leading down and jogged down a couple, hearing Maya's footsteps after me 'This whole situation is so creepy don't you think? It's almost like Resident Evil, just going down stairs reminds me of it'
