"Yeah." This was nasty. I mean, I was used to death, but this may have been done by a human.

(((sorry this took so long... i've had internet troubles)))
I appeared in Scott's backyard.
He was right, police were scouring the place, looking for clues.
'Hmm... ok...' I thought, looking around inside.
I ducked out of the way of the tourch that one of the guards were using to search out the dark house.
'They left the lights out, perfect!' I thought.
I ducked into a shadow and appeared inside. I saw a police man in front of me.
'Time for the shadowhand!' I thought as black mist surrounded my hand.
I whacked the man over the head, which knocked him unconsious. Then his partner before he could even turn around to see what had happened.

Mal fed me the latest through a head set. "Doc, two policemen have been found unconcious at Scott's house, but noone left it."

"Hm, interesting," I muttered. "An invisible assassin, and invisible thief, a bit of both? Maybe something more? Let's check it out," as i moved of I added with a gin, "Robin."

"If you want," I replied, very chirpily from his shoulder.

I laughed as we moved towards teh guard house. there was something about this that wasn't right. I just hoped we could figure it out before someone else died.

(3rd person)
Scott headed for the door. He went to put his hand to open the handle, but another hand pushed down on the handle, securering it down before he could do so.
(1st person)
I stepped out of the shadow near the door. "Going somewhere?"
"Um... no, not really." Scott replied.
"Thought not" I said, waving his work papers around a little, "found the info, now let's get cracking, shall we?"
I flicked a switch on the wall and a small lamp was lit, revealing a desk and utensils such as pens, pencils, atlas', dictionaries, encyclopedias and many other work-related things.
"Here, I have provided you with equipment, now to solve the problem." I produced the artifact.

"Watch for blue" I warned as we snuck in. "Okay, this is just wrong. The guy didn't even leave a footprint."

"Lots of things don't." I looked grim. "But humans aren't one of those things."

"Oh there are ways," I whispered as we made our way into the house. "I remember this one time back in Nawlins, I found this levitating amulet. Now that was fun."

"I'm not... oh yeah," I said with a smile. "I found a field Watcher who had some books i wanted. I snuck it in his trunk and used another amulet to pull it to my base of operations."
