((Okay then I'm gonna half to twist the story line from after this a little bit to explain why, nothing to big.))

Pepper and I had gotten together just before Doc got Karen-and-Francios-ified, then, Long Dow had come back, and taken Pepper, I hunted him down, killed him, then, heard somthing behind me, I turned around to find Francios with a knife, then he stabbed me and I died, the last thing I remember before dying was laughter, Pepper laughing.

((( <stares> K. I'm not Doc. Illyria *POSSESSED!!*[/u][/b] Fred, and took over her body, *consuming* Fred's soul in order to be reborn with full demon powers and all that shit. Francois, who can be viewed as a possession of Doc, could probably get rid of Doc's soul.

'Joshua', the character, is dead. His soul is free-roaming, and upon the moment of death, was *transformed* into a Wraith. A *LOT* like those things that rode black horses in the Lord of the Ring movies. And while they could be killed by women, Joshua cannot because he just happens to be hunting a couple of women, namely "Grace" and "Karen" for what they did to "Maya".

The only way, and I researched this, to kill a Wraith is if a Cleric of greater power comes to destroy it, ie *HOLY* man, or if its sustenance is wiped out. Since Joshua is living off of the feelings of vengeance of everyone around him as well as his own, I don't really see how anybody could 'destroy' him at this point.

He's already dead, so I have fulfilled the requirement of this thread. Just cause I'm too persistant to make him stay dead, don't go shouting "Foul!" over it. Cause it's not. Joss did the same thing. Twice.)))

<Joshua's POV - The Present>

I trailed behind Maya, more floating that anything else.

"So who do you want to go after first?" I finally asked her, keeping my voice calm as my concentration was divided in several directions.

"Who do you think?" she growled, growing angrier with each step she took, her lust and drive for vengeance for what they had done to her and her friends growing by twice as much.

"Grace and Karen are in opposite directions from this corridor," I shared with her. She stopped and turned to glare at me. I calmly regarded her, staring at her lovely features with my blood-redeye pupils. (Side-effect of the whole Wraith thing)

"You know where they are?" she demanded. I nodded.

"I also know where you can get the weapons you'll need to defeat them. If you're willing to trust me, and do as I ask," I answered.

"I trust you Joshua," she nodded.

"Who do you want to take care of first?" I asked.

[Joshua]

<Joshua's POV - Same time as he's with Maya>

"Maya spared your life. She offered to take you in. And Doc actually gave you a dance." the voice spoke once again.

Karen almost sputtered. It was impossible!

"Yes. I know what you have done. What was. What is supposed to be. As for how I did it, which are you talking about? Avoiding your little 'banishment' spell, or gathering enough energy to actually communicate with the physical world?"

"Either! Both!" Karen raged at the ceiling, while glaring at the subordinate, who quickly raced out to gather the rest of the coven.

"Simple," I answered as my body reformed directly behind her, "A wraith feeds on negative emotions. Mostly anger, hate, lust, things like that. I feed on all of that, and then top it off on feelings of vengeance. Just hanging around your little sanctuary for the past weeks since you and Doc murdered me, I've gotten quite powerful."

I disappeared and went back to the ethereal voice, enjoying the small waves of fear that were coming inbetween the big burst of anger and rage from the little witch. And compared to me at this moment, she was little. I could collapse this building with a thought and not lose a fraction of my energy in the process.

"As for how I managed to avoid your little spell and attempt at getting rid of me, well," I paused, relishing the growing bursts of fear flowing from her and the others in the room. The other witches of Karen's "coven" started to pour in. "Simple fact was that the spell never actually activated. At the moment it would have, I channeled my own energy into it, flooding out all the rest of the energy your coven had gathered for it. All you and your coven did was give me the rest of the energy I needed to complete my vengeance."

The lights went out, not from lack of electricity, but because I willed them to, driving the witches into darkness. I opened my eyes, and my mind to the rage that made up my very being, as a result, two red orbs, my eyes, appeared in the darkness, glaring hatefully at all of them.

"I think I'll leave you some place where Francois will find you. It will be interesting to see if Doc's 'protective' personality, that protects him from the pain of loss, can actually feel it himself."

The slaughter began.

<Joshua's POV - Back with Maya>

Only slightly distracted by what was going on with Karen, before Maya could answer me, not that she had as she thought over who she'd like to see dead first, I made a small suggestion to her.

"You know, Draconis still owes me that favor. One phone call and LA is evacuated of all humans and nuked into the sub-soil only three miles above the mantle within twenty-four hours."

Maya's eyes went wide, her mouth making gaping motions before a croak came out. Finally she regained enough control of herself to shout, "DON'T YOU DARE SO SUCH A THING JOSHUA!! IN FACT! DON'T EVEN SUGGEST IT EVER AGAIN! DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME?!"

"Yes," I replied simply, not at all upset at being yelled at, but making a mental note to myself to do it if Maya died anytime soon, or here in the upcoming battle, which even she knew she wasn't ready for.

I may be patient, but apparently most of my friends are not.

I'd been ready for this. I always had. Even with the power I'd gotten I'd known I wasn't safe. So I began to mutter a prayer. Not a spell, a prayer. To Osiris.

"What ,WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE" I yelled at the spirit that came through the door, "You're DEAD! Doc killed you........" I screamed

"Pepper what are you talking about" Rory said frantically.

((BTW, T, At the end of this scene thingie where you kill Rory can I banish your spirit? Please, I have a plaaan))

[Jackson ''Doc'' Ellison]

(((Third person.)))

"Your as Stubborn as he always said you were, Maya," a voice said. Maya and Joshua looked ahead of them to a young woman, maybe eighteen years in a black duster. The young woman looked at Joshua. "You too."

"Who are you?" Maya demanded. "If you're in my way..."

"Cool it, girl, I'm not in your way," she said, stepping out of teh light. "You can call me Tash. I'm Doc's sister. His other sister," shrug. "Whatever."

[Maya]

((ok, whoa people!! Jesus! Josh stop it with the fucking power trip!! Bloody hell. I had already said i was outside the door where francois and faith are, and That i wasnt being driven by blind rage but the need to save faith. Oh, and Karen and her witches are human, so you're now a murderer. Happy?))

"Excuse me?" I spluttered, if quietly, knowing that Francois might here me behind the DOOR TO MY RIGHT.
"He never told you?" She coked her head to the side with a grin.

[Pepper]

[Jackson ''Doc'' Ellison]

"I got sent to the Amazon to watch a Slayer after tha thing with Long Dow," Tash said.

"He might have mentioned it in Passing," Maya said carefully.

"You suspicious," Tash said. "That cool. I understand. Here's proof," she held out Doc's old Sabre, glowing to proove it had bonded to her.

[Maya]

"Fine." I said in exasperation,"Whatever- just dont get in my way." I turned to the door, ignoring Joshua's complaints- i had to do this- MY way. Even if it meant i would probably never leave this building alive.

*on the other side of the door*
"How you doin', Faithy?" Francois asked with a sick grin. The slayer raised her head as much as she could, murmuring,
"Bite me, you son of a bitch."
"All in good time." He chuckled. He glanced at the vamps who stood on either side of the door, as still and blank as palace guards. "What do i take out next?" He asked, turning back to Faith.
A crash announced the opening of the door- i stood there with my borrowed sword raised, ghost Josh and Tash behind me.
"How 'bout I take something out instead?" I growled.

[Jackson ''Doc'' Ellison]

"'Ello, mes ami," I said smoothly. "Tash. A pleasant surprise, sister dear."

"What happened to you, Doc?" Tash whispered. I smiled.

"I was freed," I said. "No more inhibitions, no more holding back. Do you 'ave any idea what dat's like?"

[Maya]

"I do." I said with gritted teeth. "Good friend of mine nearly destroyed the world like that."
He smiled at me,
"Oh Mai... I didn' t'ink you'd be back quite so soon. Just couldn't resist, 'eh?"
"Let her go." i said stiffly.
"Now you know dat int gon' happen."
I looked to the vampires on either side of me, crossbows leveled at my head. I swallowed, and briefly shut my eyes.
[Doc? I know you're in there somewhere...]

[Jackson ''Doc'' Ellison]

[It's gon' take more power dan you got to break past me, petite] I though vicously, kicking her out of my mind. "Now, dat's settled, why don' we jus' wait for Gracie to come back."

[Maya]

"Sorry sweety, but i'm on a time limit."I snapped, "Lets settle this Now."
