I saw the jacket sleeve going up and knew that something was wrong. Very, very wrong. Without bothering to say anything to the others (and knowing that Maya would catch my thoughts anyways), I grabbed Zeroc's good arm and led him out the back door into the alley. To my shock and (somewhat lessening) surprise, he was still dancing.
"Well, looks like we'll have to just wait this one out," I muttered, leaning back against the wall. But one thing was certain. Bones wasn't doing anything else until I got an explanation and a very strong undead pain reliever.

As I got dragged outside, the dream slowed until reaching a compete stop. (Quite quickly, might I add)
I looked at the new surroundings and asked "What is happening? where are we?"

I frowned, "Somnething's up with Zeroc." I said. Nicki grinned, "You sure Del's not just indulging in a make-out sesh of her very own?" I raised my eyebrows, "Ok, Ew. And No. There's definitely something wrong..." "Think we should follow?" Joshua asked. I shook my head slowly, "No. I think Del can deal... and if she can't, she'll yell... or... mentally, anyway."

"Chill, bones," I said, my arms crossed. "We're behind the Spot because you were doing some freaky sh*t: and it wasn't the dancing. When the sleeve started to come up and your bony little fingers peeked out, I decided to take you out here. I'm going to be asking you a few questions, and you'd better think d**n well before you decide to lie to me. Clear? Good."
I pushed myself away from the wall and studied him for a few seconds. There didn't seem to be anything overtly malicious about him, at least, not at the moment. But I couldn't forget the pain I'd felt when entering his mind. Sure, curiosity killed the cat... But don't you wonder why?
"What the hell just happened?"

As the flesh on my body rotted away to bones again I answered her question, "That... you need not know..."
"Any more questions before I leave this pathetic place?"
When my flesh was completely rotted onto the floor (leaving absolutely no smell) I took the clothes off. (seeing as I have no male periferals to hide any longer, just bones, and I don't feel the cold)

"OK," I commented as Mai and I watched the scene from the Bar, "Even I know he could have been more discreet about that, and I hardly know anything about him."
"Major gross," Mai agreed.

I narrowed my eyes, moving in front of him and blocking the only way out of the alleyway. If he really thought he'd get off that easy, he had another thing coming. He might be used to people just letting him go, but he'd never dealt with me before. I wanted answers, and I intended to get them, whether I needed to know or not.
"I have a very bad headache from that," I commented darkly, my eyes narrowing. "And I get damn b*tchy when I get headaches, k? So why don't you just sit your @ss down until you're ready to talk. Because I want to know just what the hell attacked my f*cking brain!"

"Hey, guys! Whats up?" I asked.
"Where have you been?"
"I saw Zeroc dancing and went to read up on signs of the apocalypse."

"And was there anything?" I joked.

'We've had so many apocolypses, do you think the signs really count for a damn thing anymore?' I took the last swig of my drink and looked over to my barman 'Another please. And seriously now, everyone can loosen up it just depends on how you push them to do it or whether they just suddenly... I can't think of the right word, but you get my point'

"I don't know why your reading my thoughts for in the first place! What goes on inside my head should be none of your concern, as what goes on in your head is none of mine!" I argued back.
"But, if you wish to know so badly, I don't even know myself! I don't know whats going on, but whatever they are, I do know that they shouldn't be in my head at all!" I said, angered by her persistance.
"What I want to know is: what are they?" she asked
"Memories, they're memories, ok?" I answered, now much more angered.

I narrowed my eyes. "Thank you," I said, rather snippy, which wasn't very common for me. I knew he was angry, of course, but, quite frankly, I didn't care. I wanted to know something, and I got it. That was all I cared about right then. Of course, I decided to set the record straight while I was at it.
"I wasn't reading your mind, FYI," I said, trying to be a bit less snippy. "I stopped just poking around in people's brains quite a while ago. And plus, I didn't have to. I was just trying to speak to you and BAM. Instant heache."
I moved out of his way, and back towards the door to the Spot. "If you want to leave, be my guest. I'm sorry if I upset you, but you don't know a damn thing about me and I wont lie to you, that scared me. I've had a lot of enemies, and I'd rather not add another name to the list."

The LAST thing I wanted to do was stay at this place for much longer, I left without saying a word to Aredhel, not even 'bye'.
As I walked down the street, I decided to head back to the graveyard and rest...
