Joshua, Aila and I walked in, and joined the group, reading the notice and laughing,
"If that works, this'll be a slayerettes all time record."
"Yep." Joshua agreed. Aila frowned at the list,
"Have all these things happened at slayerettes parties?" She asked.
"Most of them." I nodded.
"And how many were your fault?" She asked with a grin.
"Hey!" I cried. I kept watching out of the corner of my eye to see when Jessy was finished talking to Amy and i could say hi without interupting

I sat off to one side. I knew Jessy wanted this to be perfect, but around here, normal didn't enter the equation. In particular, the winged guy that Rogue was talking to.

"Wow, yeh, 17... sounds so old!!" I exclaimed... i remembered those days... somehow 17 to 20 had kinda skipped me by pretty fast... "here... I got you... well, erm... you'll see... i hope you like it."
"ooh, is it a weapon?" Jessy squealed.
"Erm... well, yeah... kinda..."
Jessy grinned, and took the gift bag, pulling out the bundle wrapped in tissue paper. She frowned... it was soft. She unwrapped it to find a beautiful top, with a low V- neck and delicately embroidered patterns. I smirked...

I grinned, flinging my arms around her again. "You know me too well. We've only known each other for what, a year and a bit?" I smiled again, enjoying the birthday feeling.
