New person around

i sat next to someone back at the bar. I said 'Hi' in a soft voice hoping this person would answer me.

"Hi kiddo. What's your name?" I was pretty nervous about turning my back to Doc and finding a stake poking through me.

'Tamara' I whispered nervousely. I bet they had no idea about my parents. ' what is your name?' i asked. They ansered but i did not exactly hear them' I was scared and asked her if she was familiar with this place. I had also never been called a kiddo before my parents called me Tamara

[Thank the Goddess you're here!] I cried silently to T-pot, I tried to hug him but I couldn't, my arms just went straight through his form.

[We can't get out!] I said sadly showing him Chime sitting in the corner, [THEY have business to do and they need our forms]

I glared at Rory with more than a bit of fury. If I could, I'd stake him right now and get it over with, but he was talking to the new girl I'd noticed before, with teh clashing tastes in clothes.

"I'm Doc," I said. "I shake you're hand, but we just had a major problem in the area and I'm a bit sore right now."

"Hey guys." I said tiredly as i walked in and joined them at the bar. "Vodka and coke." I said to the barman.
"I know you're not..."
"I just spent the last few hours fighting 20ft demons and watching my mom and uncle nearly die." I siad flatly, giving him a stony look.
"Vodka and coke it is." The barman said quickly.
I looked around and noticed the new girl.
"Cool bag." I commented. I didn't know the guy talking to her either... but by the way Doc was looking at him... "ooh, you must be rory?"
I took my drink, downed half of it in one, and flopped against the bar, "Oh the wonders of alcohol."

"Rory?" I asked sleepily.

"Hi. Aila? Someone grew up fast." I noted

"And someone stopped," She replied wittily.

"Good one." I replied.

I someone commented on by fluro pink bag. I was thrilled maybe i'm not so weird after all! All the people at the club seemed older than me i wondered if there was anyone my age here. i glanced side to side wanting, wishing somebody who i knew would turn up. I knew they wouldn't unless they were my parents. And well, that would be a disaster!

"So what do I do?" I asked. "How can I help?" I was at major loss here.

"Yup, he's rory," I muttered, grabbing my own drink. "Feel free to do that time bubble implosion thing you used on the demons on him," I took a swig of the drink. "Geez, what the hell is this?"

"The Painkiller," the bartender said. "Good for after battle pains, headaches, hangovers and broken hearts."

"Well, I'll give it this," I groaned. "It tastes so bad, i forgot I was supposed to be in pain."

"That's the idea.'

"then works," I said. "Congratulations."

I walked into the bar. I saw Doc and headed over. "More news from above." I said.

"If it's bad I don't wanna hear it."

"It's good. You have more time."
