I smiled at Pepper. She had gotten so much responsobility recently and yet she was still as carefree as ever. But something was bugging me. Mai had said two ensouled vampires. I saw Angel and Spike so where the hell was Rory?

I nodded, ((oops, sorry i forgot the shifters!!! Sorry!!)) "Will? Would you help me with the wards? I dont want any other uninvited guests." "Sure thing Mai." She replied, and we set to work. Faith stood and scowled at Tyrial. Even as a god i could see he was uncomfortable with her glare.

I noticed that Tyrial was still cringing under Faith's glare. So even gods were afraid of the hot-headed slayer. "How long till Charlote gets here" I asked maya

I shrugged it off. Maybe he was just having some pigs blood. Anyway, he'd be back later. He'd promised to try my cheesey nibbles. Then it clicked. I checked behind the bar. Sure enough, there he was, stuffing his face.

((wooo so this is the latest thread? Then we'll assume that Aredhel's awake lol... and here she comes weeeee!!))
I walked into the Spot, rubbing sleep from my eyes. Ever since the 'incident' (as I referred to it), I couldn't seem to get enough sleep. Even after the sun went down, I was still resting in my crypt. In fact, if 'Lin hadn't woken me up and literally kicked me out of bed, I would have slept right through the bash. And that would not have been good. Not at all.
Aralin followed close behind me, another side-effect of the 'incident'. She never left me alone anymore, afraid that it would happen again. Of course, on this particular night, she had reason to follow me to the Spot, seeing as she was invited to the party. Normally it took a lot of begging to get her to come with me to 'the place of drunken human adolescents' as she fondly referred to it.
I held a wrapped present in my hand, from both Aralin and I. In my pocket, a much smaller box rested, trying desperately to break free. It was this gift that I was worried about, wondering if she would appreciate it or hate me for it. I tried not to think about it.
I smiled at the already gathered group. "We're here," I announced. "Nice turnout."

"Hey Del. Ignore the green semi-evil demi-god. I do." I smiled at the vampire. That made 3.

"Stop it. Those are for when the party has started. Mai will kill you if you eat all the cheesey ones."

I poked my head out the kitchen door. "Hey, Del, Lin. Welcome. Please feel free to glare angrily at green misty dude," I vanished again to check on the remnants of dinner. Good. It was going good.
